Not completely satisfied? You can return or exchange your item!

You can easily register a return within 30 days of receiving your order through our returns portal. Simply log in using your order number and email address and follow the steps. Through the returns portal, you can choose to return your parcel via DHL, DPD, or other carriers. The return costs depend on the carrier selected and will be clearly displayed during the registration process.

You are also welcome to return your order free of charge at our store in Bussum.

If you would like a different size or a different item, we recommend returning your order through the returns portal and placing a new order via our website or purchasing the item in-store. Due to the fast turnover of our stock, we cannot guarantee that the desired size or item will still be available when we receive your return. Placing a new order helps avoid disappointment and provides immediate visibility of current stock availability.

Please note that using a return option through our returns portal is not mandatory. If you prefer, you may arrange the return yourself through a carrier of your choice in your own country or place of residence. This can often be a convenient option for international customers.
