Not completely satisfied? You can return or exchange your item!

Returns
If a purchased item is not to your liking, you can return it to Rugby Warehouse within 30 days of receipt. Please complete the return form that was included with your item. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount straight away.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless you register your return via our returns portal on our website. There, you can receive a return label by email for a small fee.

Exchanges
If the item you ordered is not the right size, you can exchange it free of charge. You can indicate which size you would like to receive either on the return form or directly via our returns portal. When using the returns portal, you can easily select the item and specify the new size. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will send you the correct size at no extra cost.

Rugby Warehouse is located in Bussum. Prefer to exchange or return the item in person? That’s possible, please make an appointment in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
