Rugbymagazijn.nl was born out of a genuine passion for rugby. For nearly twenty years, we stood on the sidelines as parents of enthusiastic rugby players. Over time, our involvement deepened and our love for the game only grew stronger.

What we noticed again and again was how difficult it was to find quality rugby gear in the Netherlands. For the right pair of boots, we would drive to France. For a specific jersey, we had to order from England. And every season, mouthguards were lost, studs went missing, and socks wore out. There simply was no single place where rugby players could find everything they needed. That’s when the idea for Rugbymagazijn was born.

We started as a Dutch webshop with one goal: to provide every rugby player in the Netherlands with the right equipment. Today, we have grown into much more than that. Rugbymagazijn is now a family-run business with a physical store in Bussum, a complete online shop, a pop-up store at rugby events, and a trusted supplier of club apparel and training equipment.

Our customer base has expanded far beyond the Netherlands. Rugby players from France, Germany, and across Europe now rely on us for their gear. That’s why we operate internationally under the name Rugby Warehouse, and in France, we are known as L’Entrepôt du Rugby. Regardless of the name, our core remains the same: a passion for rugby and dedication to every player.

Rugbymagazijn is led by a father and son team. Cees and Kevin Krieger, a former player for the Dutch national XV team, run the business with the same commitment and teamwork found on the pitch. They understand what matters to players, from young starters to experienced professionals.
