The club was promoted to the Top 14 for the first time in 2010, but was relegated the following year to Pro D2. With a five-year plan, La Rochelle worked its way back to the top, and in the 2013-2014 season, they re-entered the Top 14. Following this success, the club dropped the name 'Atlantic Stade Rochelais' and revamped their logo. Today, La Rochelle is a fixture in the Top 14.
